For bugs, questions, feedback, or anything else, email support@sheet2chart.com. If you can, include:

• The email address on your account.
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• A link to the project involved, if it's project-specific.

Deleting your data or account

You can delete any project yourself, at any time, from inside the product — that removes its uploaded file and derived data right away. There's no self-serve "delete my account" button yet: email support@sheet2chart.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it, and we'll do it by hand. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.

Everything else

Product questions, partnership or press inquiries, and anything about our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy can all go to the same address.
