Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Sheet2Chart — the upload-to-dashboard product at this domain. By creating an account or uploading a file, you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, email us before you rely on it — see "Contact" below.

The service

Sheet2Chart takes a CSV or Excel file you upload, builds an interactive dashboard from it, and answers questions about it with calculations run against your data. It's an early, actively-changing product: features can be added, changed, or removed, and we'll try to give notice for anything that affects data you've already saved.

Pricing

Sheet2Chart is free while it's in beta. There is no paid tier yet, and we don't ask for a credit card to create an account. If we introduce paid plans in the future, existing usage won't be changed retroactively without notice — see our pricing page for the current state.

Your data and content

You own the files you upload and the dashboards built from them. You're giving us permission to store, process, and (as described in our Privacy Policy) send bounded samples of that data to a third-party AI provider, solely to provide the product to you. We don't claim ownership of your data, and we don't use it to train our own models.

You're responsible for what you upload. Don't upload data you don't have the right to share, or data whose handling is restricted by law or contract (regulated health, financial, or similarly sensitive records, for example) unless you've confirmed that's compatible with how this service works — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what reaches our AI provider.

AI-generated output

Dashboards, written insights, and chat answers are generated automatically. We show the calculation behind every answer so you can check it, but the underlying summaries and chart choices are still AI output and can be wrong. Verify anything you're going to rely on for a real decision.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use it to process data you don't have the right to process.
• Use it for anything illegal, or to generate content intended to mislead or harm others.
• Attempt to access another account's data.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that do these things.

No warranty, limited liability

Sheet2Chart is provided "as is," without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sheet2Chart and delete your projects at any time. To close your account entirely, email support@sheet2chart.com — see our support page and Privacy Policy for how account deletion works today. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when these terms change, and update the date at the top when we do.
